About me (James Olson, photographer):
Based in Astoria, Oregon, Alderbrook Imaging specializes in on-location outdoor portraiture and weddings throughout the Oregon Coast. Our website has sample images, product information, pricing, forms and current work to display our style. In business since 2003, our business has expanded to include weddings, family portraits, high school seniors, infants, children and commercial shoots. I love to travel, and frequently travel throughout Oregon and Washington for weddings and portraits, so please submit an inquiry with your event date.
As the sole photographer, I grew up in Alaska, attended college in Alaska and Montana, graduating with an elementary education / teaching degree. Since, I have lived in California, Central Oregon and now the Oregon Coast home. Other than photography, l love to bicycle, traveling, work on our 100 year old home, listen to music and spend time with my family.
My business primarily serves the communitied located on the Oregon Coast: Astoria, Cannon Beach, Knappa, Warrenton, Seaside, Gearhart, Manzanita and the Long Beach Peninsula, Washington area. I have photographed weddings throughout the Coastal area, as well as in Longview, Portland, Salem, Bend, Seattle and a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
